BB:  How do you maintain The Balanced Babe lifestyle?

 

I wake up early in the morning to get some alone time, exercise and meditate…usually around 5:30AM – 6AM…before my son wakes up.  I favor an Ayurvedic eating routine that emphasizes eating most of my calories between 10AM – 2PM.  This helps me maintain a balanced weight and keeps my digestion strong.  I take two off each a week to spend with my son and do leisurely activities.
