BB: What are daily practices that we should include to increase our balance?

1. Get a decent amount of sleep each night to keep immunity strong and maintain a healthy mindset. 

2. Eat at regular times each day to support circadian rhythm function and digestion (which Ayurveda teaches is the epicenter of the immune system).

3. Favor a seasonal and local diet which is more nutrient dense and lessons the carbon foot print.

4. Practice occasional fasting or calorie restriction to boost metabolism, reverse aging and restore vitality.
