BB: What does a typical daily meal plan look like for you?

My meal plan varies based on my activity level for the day, but usually looks something like this….. 🙂

My first meal is at noon. I practice intermittent fasting until 12/1pm each day. This allows my digestive system time to rest and digest.  I break my fast with a huge green smoothie and a great source of protein. Currently, I am loving Turkey Bacon and Turkey Sausage!

My Energizing Green Smoothie Recipe:

2 handfuls Kale

2 handfuls of Spinach (or get crazy- do 3?!)

Spirulina

½ Cucumber

Ginger

½ cup organic mixed berries

USANA probiotic packet

1 stevia packet

Squeezed lemon

I will have 2 other large meals which consist of tons of dark green grilled veggies, organic protein. I love a large dinner with sweet potato fries! For mid-day snacks, I may do a chocolate whey protein pancakes or grapefruit with stevia! I am a sucker for chocolate as well… so that will usually sneak into my day some how.
