DM: Exercise is an important part of keeping a fit figure, but my biggest tip is 100% maintaining a consistently healthy diet. It’s amazing how quickly proper nutrition can transform your body! “”You are what you eat” holds so much truth, it’s a great motto to keep in mind ! After that I’d have to say lift those heavy weights, girl!
