Peanut Butter Chia Pudding

Ingredients: makes 1 serving
1 cup almond milk
2 Tbsp PB2
4 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
8 drops liquid stevia
1/2 Tbsp maca powder (optional)
cacao nibs (optional)
shredded coconut (optional)

Method:
1. Add PB2, maca, and chia seeds to mixing bowl.
2. Add in almond milk, vanilla extract, and liquid stevia. Whisk ingredients until well-combined.
3. Refrigerate for 10-20 minutes.
4. Top with cacao nibs and/or shredded coconut if desired!
