We love nothing more than transforming delicious indulgences into healthy options, which is why we were thrilled when we had the opportunity to join fellow Chicago food bloggers at Stella Barra to learn how to toss and make our own pizzas (a veggie one, of course) with Jeff Mahin.
Stella Barra is planted next to another Lettuce Entertain You dining spot, Summer House Santa Monica. We view this as a win win situation; dine at Stella and enjoy carefully curated pizzas, then grab a delicious cookie from the bakery on your way out near the host stand of Summer House SM.
Stella Barra’s laid back urban decor made us all feel groovy as we went to town on constructing our own pizzas. Jeff and his partner Francis Brennan guided us through the process while we sipped delicious red wine, this was definitely a demonstration we were excited to be apart of!
