BB: What is your typical meal plan for a day?

– Fruit before noon.

– Largest meal midday (vegetable curry with rice), & perhaps a dessert of some kind like dates, or a piece of chocolate.

– Lightest meal for dinner is usually steamed vegetable & a grain in the fall/inter and salad in the late spring/summer.
