Being A Balanced Babe: Energy We Bring

5. Having the credentials to back yourself up is so crucial. Especially in the nutrition industry! Do you have a practice together?

F: We do not. We are both involved in separate full-time work. This is currently our only venture together. My approach with clients is to meet them where they are on their wellness journey, not where I would like them to be.  Instead of providing them with all of the nutrition information I believe to be true and the things that work for me, I aim to truly listen to their individual goals and understand the things that matter most to them so I can personalize the counseling session.

J: I love the idea of additional future business endeavors. When I meet with clients, I leave my judgements at the door, which helps me to truly determine how I can best assist the individual. I incorporate the concept of bio-individuality, which means that I believe that each person is unique and has highly individualized nutritional requirements. No single way of eating works for everyone and it is my goal to help each client find a sustainable way of life that will result in optimal wellness.
