BB: I will definitely have to start preparing my week’s meals – what a great idea! What is your favorite vegan recipe?

I have so many! It changes weekly. Right now I’m addicted to my Raw Cashew “Cheese” Dip. I have broccoli and this cheese dip at least once a day. I have even had it for breakfast a few times!

Cashew Cheese Dip:

Ingredients: makes 8 servings
2 cups cashews
3/4 cup + 3 Tbsp water
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
sea salt, to taste

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in high speed blender. It helps the blender do its job if you put the liquid in first.
