BB: Other than this practice, what other holistic health practices do you recommend for someone trying to maintain Balance?
Keeping a regular schedule of self care is most important… and paying attention to your
results. My body responds well to reflexology, acupuncture, chiropractic adjustments,
raindrop therapy and massage. Most important is to do something on a regular basis for
yourself. Always being honest about what you are feeling and giving thanks often are
very healing. Developing deep breathing techniques is very balancing. Find what you
connect with and get results with.

Reflexology, stretch & breathe, run, be outside, think & eat clean.
