BB:What does a typical meal plan for a day look like to you?

 The day always starts with protein, usually low ingredient protein powder mixed with
water, ice and almond butter. Protein powder is not a whole food but I do it because it
works for me as long as it has as few ingredients as possible… and it’s yummy! The rest
of the day is veggies (raw or roasted), more protein(meat, eggs), and sometimes
brown rice or nuts. I don’t use any flavorings of any kind but I do eat some high quality
cheese. I eat gluten free scones & maple pecans! Homemade!

BB:How about your  ideal on the go snack?

 Hard boiled egg, and my gluten free scones.
