BB: What is your food philosophy?

My food philosophy is not about dieting or deprivation but rather abundance.  I hope to inspire people to see that eating healthy is about adding in and expanding instead of cutting back.  Transitioning from processed foods to preparing my food from scratch has transformed my health and led to me feeling the happiest and most vibrant I have in my life.  I hope to share this with my clients and with those that follow my blog.  We are born knowing how to eat well.  We just have to learn to listen to the wisdom of our bodies.
