One of my go to’s for a simple dinner is my Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon. It’s really easy to make and salmon aside, it uses ingredients that you probably have (or could easily have) on hand in your kitchen all the time: Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon

I also LOVE Brussels sprouts– roasted or raw. In fact, one of my favorite salads is one with shaved Brussels sprouts, apples, and walnuts. There is a bit of prep work involved here, but I put it together on a Sunday afternoon, portion it out, and then take it for lunch all week and it’s perfect: Brussels Sprouts Recipe

And for a healthy snack, I always keep Greek yogurt, hummus, and whole fruits like bananas, plums, and pears that are easy to grab and go on hand. I love having those things available when I get home from work and before I go to the gym (which is when I am always craving carbs) and they are also super easy to throw in my bag on busy days where I haven’t been able to give a ton of thought to making my lunch.
