Travel Smart Series: Before Departure, Healthy Snacks

travelseries1Two products that I pack and didn’t photograph by themselves is the vegan granola, Alive and Radient Kale Chips, andthe Le Pain Des Fleurs Quinoa fluffed crackers. With all these healthy snacks, you will never have to worry about eating unhealthy on the go in between meals! It is important to make sure you choose snack bars etc that don’t contain harmful ingredients, because you still won’t be doing your body good.

One more thing that I bring with me that I will talk more into detail next week, is my “Weightless” Dandelion root tea (pictured above). Flying in planes can cause people to retain water up to a couple days after, so I usually drink one cup of this tea before and after my flight to prevent any bloating.
