Travel Belles put together a 20 minute hotel room workout that uses nothing but body weight. The moves are quite simple; squats, lunges, pushups, crunches and so on. If you are usually comfortable taking classes and you can’t when you are traveling, it is nice to have a list of exercises to do to help guide you.
