Why you need to eat locally sourced and plant based foods: One Beet

BB: When you are craving something sweet or salty, do you have a healthy food that you use as an “indulgence”?

I often eat dark chocolate or dried fruit if I’m looking for something sweet. Dates, figs, prunes, and apricots are some of my favorites. For salty, I often go for a rice cake with almond butter.  Sometimes I add a bit of honey too for the sweet + salty combo!
