Our very first online courses, Part-Time Plant Based and The Intuitive Eaters Guide to Meal Prepping are finally here! For our first round of enrollment, both of these online classes will be in a LIVE coaching format. Meaning, you will be receiving live coaching videos from certified integrative nutrition and holistic health coach and founder of BalancedBabe.com, Sarah, each week!

THEN, you will learn how to eat more intuitively by getting in tune with your body cues, the benefits of eating intuitively if you’ve been a chronic dieter, and how to plan out your meals without having to follow strict recipes, restrictions and guidelines.
