Plant-Based Thanksgiving Menu: 22 Recipes

To celebrate Thanksgiving week, I rounded up a stellar plant-based Thanksgiving menu that you can whip up in a jiffy to impress your friends and family.

From stuffed mushrooms, to pumpkin pie cups, I scoured some of my favorite fellow health focused food blogs to bring you the ultimate surplus of vegetarian and vegan recipes.  I know that many view Thanksgiving as a time to shovel food into your mouth until you feel like a blowfish cornered by a shark, but it’s doesn’t have to be that way people!

I mean shoveling food into one’s mouth can still be done with these recipes, but know that all of these ingredients will do your body good in some shape or form instead of just migrating to your hips and lingering like that fizzled out Tinder match who just won’t stop texting you.
