BB: What is your new book about?
It’s about my whole diet and lifestyle! You’ll learn a lot more about me and my journey with food and meditation. It’s real life tools for how to start making positive changes in your diet and mind set today with weaved in stories from my own life about how I acquired those tools along the way. It’ll be everything from my eating philosophy (+recipes), some “skinny spark notes” of tips to navigate all sorts of real world situations that can be tricky to my meditations, daily rituals and me time.
