BB:  What does a typical healthy meal plan for a day consist of for you?

I normally start in the AM with either avocado on Ezekiel bread with olive oil drizzled over it Or a green juice or smoothie if I’m not as hungry. Lunch is typically some sort of salad, lately I’m addicted to baby kale and I’ll tend to throw roasted veggies on it since it’s been so cold this winter! Dinner is usually quinoa with some protein like beans or tofu and veggies but I try to get creative with the combinations I whip up. Dessert, if I have it, will usually consist of some vegan, gluten free creation of mine or some vegan chocolate chips in almond butter.
