Essential oils are often forgotten about when it comes to our health. In fact, most people would probably say that they don’t even think twice about using essential oils. However, these oils can be used for natural beauty remedies that have many health benefits for us!

The emphasis here is on “natural.” Any oils that are made from chemical processes are NOT considered true essential oils. Probably one of the most amazing essential oils, this powerful medicinal tool can be used to treat a lot of our health concerns. Because of it’s unique and relaxing scent, eucalyptus can be used as an air cleanser, odor remover, to clean sinuses and cure allergies, and even assist with respiratory problems. This essential oil is therefore pretty much used for the fresh, cleansing properties it tends to have. Try using it everyday to increase respiratory circulation and triggering immunity!
