Hotel breakfasts can be loaded with sugar, fats, and cereals packed with hard-to-pronounce ingredients. So I always sneak in one of these Flax Paks with me, find the oatmeal stand, and mix this in with oatmeal and some fruit. This turns an either boring breakfast into a delish’ and healthy one, or keeps you from indulging in a doughnut- eek!
