BB:  What are your tips for keeping on track with your fitness goals?

For health and fitness goals, I love apps like My Fitness Pal and Daily Burn where you can track your exercise, the foods you ate, and your weight loss progress. If you’ve got a specific goal in mind, then I think it is super helpful to record your progress and your milestones along the way.

I think the biggest tip that I could offer though, is to go easy on yourself. I have had those long work weeks where I felt like nothing went right or those weekends where I ate and drank too much and then Sunday rolled around and I realized that I totally fell off the healthy eating wagon. It’s so easy to beat yourself up about it, to feel defeated, and then to just stop trying. I think it’s important to remember– in those instances– that Monday is a new day and an opportunity to forgive yourself and to get back on the treadmill.
