BB: You are preaching to the choir. How do you embrace the Balanced Babe lifestyle?
AM: To me, it’s all about planning. On Sundays I make a detailed plan of my week (by the hour) to make sure that I have enough time to do the things I want to do. Even though this seems a little nit picky, I believe planning is absolutely crucial if you really want to fit in everything you need to do. I include time for fitness and down time every day. Waking up early is also essential. I wake up at 6 a.m every day so that I can do yoga, read, and relax before starting my busy day.
