BB: How do you maintain the Balanced Babe lifestyle?

I love the name Balanced Babe because it emphasizes that wellness comes from balance-not just from what you eat and how much you exercise.  I am always trying to keep balance in mind.  One of the most important ways that I maintain balance is through yoga.  I am currently training to be a yoga teacher and the philosophy is holistic – not just physical.  Yoga reminds me to nourish my mind, body and spirit.  I eat a healthy diet and practice yoga.  But I also make relaxation a priority.  I try to meditate daily, I take lots of baths, and I love snuggling up with my cats.  I try hard not to sacrifice my ‘me time.’  I need stillness in my life in order to stay energized.
