BB: What are some small steps people can make to improve their health?
I think there are 3 small steps people can take that will not just help their health but cause a leap
in the momentum of change they are looking for: 1). Eat more organic greens. Adding organic
spinach/kale to your daily diet will help to alkalize your bod, 2). Change your thinking. I can write
a book on this alone. What you think about, you do bring about so, get your thinking straight, 3).
Get an Integrative Physician. This is a physician who practices both Western/Eastern Medicine.
