BB: What does a typical meal plan for a day look like for you?
A typical day for me is a morning chocolate protein shake by Vega with a handful of spinach,
sprinkle of chia seeds & half a banana. Lunch is typically a wrap including a healthy fat & protein(avocado, greens, lentils, spinach) and dinner has been a mix of veggie stir-frys and I have experimented recently with adding fish back into my diet. Finally, I always have something sweet at some point during the evening whether a couple of bites of chocolate or my favorite quinoa bar from Whole Foods. And yes, sometimes I have pizza and a beer.
